NOTES: Bullet time has an even more interesting history than what we discuss, and an early incarnation of it can be seen as far back as Accept’s 1985 music video for Midnight Mover. Also, Alex mentions an earlier incarnation of bullet time being in Blade 2, which is obviously false, as Blade 2 was released in 2002, three years after The Matrix. However, the first Blade film is notable for showing characters dodging bullets before Agents did.
